You can request a telehealth visit with your provider one of two ways:
1. Through the patient portal by sending your provider a message.
2. Call 813-961-2222 extension 0 to request a telehealth appointment.
We are proud to announce our patient portal, new for 2017. The portal allows better communication between you and your doctor. Use the portal to review labs, request refills, ask simple medical questions, update demographics, and more. If you are not enrolled on the portal yet, please inquire at your next appointment or call our office get more information.
We are currently scheduling appointments for back to school and sports physicals. Beat the rush and schedule your appointment now. We will help with any paperwork needed for school enrollment or sports participation for the upcoming year.
